OBJECT TO THE PEPUDA
BILL
This bill infringes on the rights we as Muslims have in this country. If passed, we will not be able to do our Fardh duty of Promoting goodness and Forbidding evil. If we cannot do this, then know that Allah's punishment will most definitely come upon us.
It is the duty of every Mu'min to oppose this bill!

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development invites the public to comment on the proposed amendments to PEPUDA, the Promotion of Equality and the Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act.
The public and interested stakeholders are invited to comment in this regard by no later than Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
Several organisations have expressed multiple concerns about the impact the PEPUDA Amendment Bill will have on people of faith and conservative views, if passed in its current form (view details in the link below).
